We are looking for a Strategy Operations Analyst to join our team in leading our top- and bottom-line impact through objective analysis, operational insights and strategic initiatives. Strategy analysts rely on data to solve everyday business problems. They provide relevant insights that help companies make better decisions, address key challenges and concerns, and identify new ways to grow. Strategy analysts identify a business’ needs and develop plans that determine the direction a company can take to actualize its goals. They gather, review, and test data and apply many measures to provide solutions to critical business issues and decisions. They address business problems with a long-term view, but when necessary, they assist in the short-term.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct research and analysis to support strategic projects that provide key business insights for high-priority special initiatives 
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of our various businesses and develop deep understanding of key value drivers to identify improvement areas and opportunities 
  • Collect data and intelligence for strategic analysis, including, but not limited to: client and competitive intelligence from public sources, data from communication tools, and internal operations data 
  • Develop and manage business intelligence process and system
  • Create financial/operational processes and dashboards to monitor business line performance and analyze business drivers 
  • Research and develop framework to formulate OKR and KPI strategy
  • Collaborate with different teams to deliver insights to cross-functional strategic projects
  • Communicate effectively across all levels (within the team, to cross-functional partners, to leadership / executives) and explore the need for additional business operations resources to lead and manage as the company scales.

Job Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Background in consulting, strategy, or an operational or growth role within a technology company is preferred
  • Proactive and passionate: You’re independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations 
  • High-energy, team-first attitude: You’re motivated to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment to help our growing business 
  • Highly analytical: You’re analytical, with experience decomposing and solving real world business problems, ideally building/using advanced models. 
    • Strong Excel skill is required
    • Experience with SQL or similar querying language and/or experience with BI tools are preferred 
  • Concise and effective communications: You’re able to articulately present and debate recommendations with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
