We are looking for a Strategy Operations Associate to join our team in leading our top- and bottom-line impact through objective analysis, operational insights and strategic initiatives.
Strategy Operations facilitates strategic initiatives and optimizing business performance across teams. This function works closely with leadership to align goals, analyze key metrics, and facilitate cross-team collaboration on important projects. Its scope involves cross-functional projects such as pricing review, product launch & go-to-market coordination, KPI tracking, and optimizing functional scope & workflows. By bridging high-level strategy with day-to-day execution, Strategy Operations ensures the company stays aligned, efficient, and nimble as it grows.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research & analysis of our various businesses & functions and develop deep understanding of key value drivers to identify improvement areas and opportunities.
- Collect data and intelligence for strategic analysis, including, but not limited to: client and competitive intelligence from public sources, internal operations data, and interviews with internal & external stakeholders.
- Research and develop framework to set up, monitor, and optimize key cross-team business operations.
- Collaborate with different teams to collect & deliver insights to cross-functional strategic projects.
- Communicate effectively across all levels (within the team, to cross-functional partners, to leadership / executives) and facilitate collaborations amongst key stakeholders & teams to drive key projects forward.
- Explore the need for additional business operations resources to lead and manage as the company scales.
Job Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant work experience.
- Background in consulting, strategy, or an operational or growth role within a technology company is preferred.
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff is a plus.
- Education or prior work experience in the US or Europe is a plus.
- Proactive and passionate: You’re independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations.
- High-energy, team-first attitude: You’re motivated to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment to help our growing business.
- Highly analytical: You’re analytical, with experience decomposing and solving real world business problems, ideally building/using advanced models.
- Concise and effective communications: You’re able to articulately present and debate recommendations with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
