We are looking for a Digitization Consultant at Anduin, who will be part of a team responsible for strategizing the client’s digitization plan and pursuing greater client engagement in using Anduin product suite.

The Digitization Consultant will work with Account Executives (AE), Implementation Managers (IM) and Relationship Managers (RM) as a strategic partner and lead connector to the Digitization team. The Digitization Consultant will also partner with internal Product and Engineering teams to strategize on the client’s digital transformation.

Location: East Coast (Washington, D.C/ NYC/ Boston/ Philadelphia) In order to access client hubs easily

Job responsibilities:

  • Deep understanding of Anduin products as the account-level Digitization Strategist

  • Align with and advise the clients on Anduin’s best practices

  • Act as an escalation point for clients in case of urgent need or off-procedure requests

  • Discover and expand new use cases for digitization

  • Leverage the Digitization Service team to provide advice and timely support to clients

  • Liaise with relevant teams to strategize on client engagement and service offering

  • Active in the digitization space to improve digitization efficiency and capacity

  • Align with the company and team goals, and adapt to changes in technology and processes

  • Additional duties may be added, appropriate to the skills and abilities of the employee

Job Qualifications: 

  • 3-4 years of experience in consultancy, or customer success, or account management

  • Knowledge and experience in the Private Markets, Legal Tech or Financial Tech industries

  • Logical thinking with good analytical & problem-solving skills

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Responsive and personable for both internal and external requests

  • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors

  • Agility and willingness to learn and adapt to technology

  • Good track of records with time & task management

  • Both independent thinker and engaged team member
