As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for owning and growing our client relationships. You will own a book of business and track usage metrics, renewals, upsells, and predict future revenue growth. In addition, you’ll be required to share client insights across sales, marketing, and product teams. Influencing our product roadmap with client based feedback and identifying clients for use case studies/interviews will be critical elements of the role.
Location: East Coast (New York City, NY, Philadelphia, PA (Greater Philadelphia), Boston, MA (Greater Boston), Stamford, CT, Greenwich, CT) with periodic travel to customer sites expected.
Job responsibilities:

Deepen our strategic foothold in each account and make Anduin indispensable to the long-term success of our clients

Develop and maintain strategic plans to increase revenue for select accounts, with an eye towards enabling renewals, cross-sells, and upsells

Experience owning an entire sales process: discovery, pipeline management, price negotiation, contracting

Conduct periodic business reviews with senior client stakeholders to maintain alignment and long term subscription growth

Expand client relationships across multiple teams and identify how product capabilities deliver value to their specific function

Triage major customer requests and pull in relevant Anduin resources to execute

Flag account renewal risks and quickly develop plans to mitigate potential lost revenue

Share industry trends as well as segment-specific customer needs with relevant internal stakeholders, especially Product and Customer Success teams
Job Qualifications:

5+ years of relationship management experience, preferably within Private Markets

Experience managing a book of accounts History of owning and growing revenue

Client-facing and ability to interface credibly at all levels of the customer organization, especially at the most senior level

Ability to think strategically within each account and prioritize focus across multiple accounts

Work collaboratively across teams, especially with Anduin Sales, Customer Success, Marketing as well as Product to effect positive outcomes with our customers

Startup experience and/or private market experience desired

This role is ideally based in the New York Metropolitan area, with periodic travel to customer sites expected
