As an Implementation Manager, you’ll own onboarding for mid-to-high complexity Enterprise GP customers. You’ll lead project execution, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure customers achieve time-to-value quickly and effectively. You’ll also serve as the post-implementation point of contact for troubleshooting and support.

Location: US (Remote) Working with different time zones

Job responsibilities: 

  • Own the implementation project from kickoff through launch for Enterprise accounts.
  • Build and manage detailed implementation plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Translate customer goals into technical and operational requirements.
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, and changes in project scope.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and the customer.
  • Provide post-launch support, including issue triage and resolution for both GPs and their LPs/investors.
  • Work with Customer Success and Support teams to ensure a smooth transition from implementation to long-term success.
  • Document lessons learned and contribute to process improvements.
  • Mentor Implementation Associates and share best practices.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years experience in SaaS implementation or project management.
  • Demonstrated success managing B2B onboarding projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Smartsheet, ClickUp) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Exposure to white-glove or high-touch customer models.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience working with the financial tech sector.
  • Understanding of API integrations or data transformation workflows.
  • Experience with customer health metrics and enablement strategies.
