We are looking for a Digitization Operations Analyst, who will work closely with the digitization production team, to be a member of our operations team in providing Anduin’s Fund Subscription and Fund Operation products (https://fundsub.io).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage project timelines, resources, and task tracking to support the rollout of new digitization solutions
  • Identify, triage, and resolve operational issues, project blockers, or cross-team conflicts to keep service delivery on track and minimize disruption
  • Serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders to align on service requirements, delivery milestones, and customer expectations
  • Support the development and execution of scalable digitization services tailored to private equity workflows
  • Gather, clean, and analyze operational data to support decision-making and identify workflow optimization opportunities
  • Continuously evaluate and improve internal tools and workflows to enhance team efficiency, reduce manual effort
  • Document standard operating procedures and help improve cross-team processes for service delivery

Job Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or a related role in a tech or professional services environment
  • Familiarity with project management and CRM tools is a plus
  • Strong proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel; experience working with structured data is preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Proactive, resourceful, and excited to take ownership of operational success
