We are looking for a Document Processing Analyst with strong attention to detail to join our fast-paced team. The successful Data Extraction Analyst will have positive attitude, and be committed to maintaining data accuracy and meeting deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: Recent graduate or soon-to-graduate; no specific background required; STEM background is a plus.
- Language: Proficient in English.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; proactive in addressing and resolving challenges.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous and careful in all aspects of work
- Adaptability: Willing to learn and grow from monotonous tasks; Adaptable to changes.
- High Responsibility: Highly responsible and dedicated to delivering quality work and taking accountability for assigned tasks.

Responsibilities
- OCR work: Review OCR-ed documents and control data entry to the Anduin system.
- Data Import/Export: Load and retrieve data in and out of the Anduin system.
- Reporting: Generate reports based on client requests.
- Digitization: Use Anduin’s tools to digitize the subscription documents.
- Tooling Feedback: Provide constructive feedback for improving tools and processes.
- Self-Management: Manage your working hours, including availability to work on Saturdays as clients need.
- Client Communication: As you grow in the role, engage with clients effectively and professionally.
- Process information to request, track, and follow up on requests made to the team.
- Take on new responsibilities with good performance and managerial approval.
