We are looking for a Document Processing Analyst with strong attention to detail to join our fast-paced team. The successful Data Extraction Analyst will have positive attitude, and be committed to maintaining data accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Education: Recent graduate or soon-to-graduate; no specific background required; STEM background is a plus.
• Language: Proficient in English.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; proactive in addressing and resolving challenges.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous and careful in all aspects of work
• Adaptability: Willing to learn and grow from monotonous tasks; Adaptable to changes.
• High Responsibility: Highly responsible and dedicated to delivering quality work and taking accountability for assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• OCR work: Review OCR-ed documents and control data entry to the Anduin system.
• Data Import/Export: Load and retrieve data in and out of the Anduin system.
• Reporting: Generate reports based on client requests.
• Digitization: Use Anduin’s tools to digitize the subscription documents. 
• Tooling Feedback: Provide constructive feedback for improving tools and processes.
• Self-Management: Manage your working hours, including availability to work on Saturdays as clients need.
• Client Communication: As you grow in the role, engage with clients effectively and professionally.
• Process information to request, track, and follow up on requests made to the team. 
• Take on new responsibilities with good performance and managerial approval.
