As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a dedicated HR Associate to strengthen our People team and support our global workforce. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate, compliant, and scalable HR operations across multiple jurisdictions, working closely with Finance, Legal, and Leadership.
Role Overview
This is a hands-on, operations-focused HR role with a strong emphasis on HR documentation, Excel-based tracking, payroll administration, and benefits coordination. You will support daily HR processes across regions, ensure employment data and records are accurate and well-maintained, and partner closely with Finance and Legal to support compliance and internal controls.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and employment documentation in a fast-paced, global environment.
Job Responsibilities:

Draft, review, update, and maintain employment documents across multiple jurisdictions (Vietnam, US, and other regions), including contracts, amendments, and HR letters.

Maintain accurate employee records, trackers, and audit-ready documentation.

Support compliance with local labor laws, internal policies, and employment practices.

Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, system access coordination, and cross-functional handoffs.

Manage payroll administration for Vietnam and support global payroll processes in coordination with Finance and vendors.

Administer Vietnam social insurance, health insurance, and statutory filings.

Support global benefits programs by coordinating enrollments, changes, and reconciliations.

Ensure payroll and benefits data accuracy through regular reviews and validations.

Take on additional HR operations projects as needed to support team growth and scale.
Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, or related HR roles, ideally with exposure to both U.S. and international employment practices.

Strong proficiency in Excel, including formulas, data validation, reporting, and maintaining structured tracking files.

Hands-on experience managing payroll, benefits administration, and/or equity programs.

Solid experience working with employment documentation and labor law compliance (Vietnam, U.S., or other jurisdictions).

Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.

Proactive, reliable, and collaborative, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including supporting offer processes and cross-functional coordination.
