As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in the growth of our organization by generating qualified sales opportunities.

Job responsibilities:

  • Build pipeline by setting up first meetings with executive decision-makers at target firms. 

  • Hit daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly outbound activity targets (calling, email, LinkedIn).

  • Carry a quarterly outbound meeting quota.

  • Handle inbound lead follow-up, qualification, and scheduling via phone, email, and LinkedIn.

  • Work collaboratively with account executives to prepare for demo calls.

  • Participate in larger GTM motion by collaborating with marketing and partnerships.

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of outbound business development experience, preferably within the tech industry

  • Experience carrying an outbound meeting quota 

  • Experience with outbound tech stack including Salesforce, Outreach.io, SalesNav preferred 

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Experience operating autonomously in a remote environment to meet and exceed targets

  • Startup experience and/or private market experience desired
