We’re looking for a Product Designer who loves solving real-world problems through thoughtful, user-centered design. You’ll join a collaborative, fast-moving, and light-hearted team focused on creating great experiences that make a measurable difference.

Job Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process for a core product, from research and ideation to delivery and iteration

• Collaborate with Product to gather insights, define requirements, and align on strategy and roadmap

• Conduct research and leverage insights to improve user experiences and inform design decisions

• Create high-fidelity designs, flows, and prototypes that clearly communicate solutions (big plus if you know how to leverage AI)
  Present and defend your work to stakeholders, gather feedback, and iterate thoughtfully

• Contribute to and evolve Anduin’s Figma-based design system to maintain consistency across the platform

• Identify UX and workflow improvement opportunities, and lead initiatives to address them

• Partner with engineers to ensure accurate implementation and smooth handoff

Job Qualifications

Must-have:

• 3+ years of product design experience (we're open to more senior candidates as well)

• Strong portfolio with at least one in-depth case study showing your full process

• Proficiency in Figma with clean, systemized file structure and flow design

• Experience working across the full design cycle, from discovery to polished UI

• Familiarity with using and contributing to design systems

• Solid communication skills and the ability to explain and defend your decisions

• Self-directed and proactive mindset. You take ownership and follow through.

• Comfortable collaborating with PMs, engineers, and other stakeholders

• Passion for continuous learning, feedback, and growth

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in B2B SaaS, venture finance, private equity, or AI/ML products

• Background working in fast-paced startups or lean product teams

• Use of AI in your workflow (e.g., Figma Make, ChatGPT, V0, etc…)

• Advanced degrees or certifications in design or related fields
