As the first Sales Operations team member you will serve as an integral part of the Sales organization and work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Strategy, and other teams within the broader GTM Team. You will lead/assist on important projects and provide reporting and analysis that allow management to make strategic decisions within the sales organization. This role connects sales strategy with field execution.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Become the GTM teams technical subject matter expert, developing a deep understanding of Anduin products.
  • Working closely with the GTM team, act as the technical resource and engage with prospects/clients to conduct discovery, demos, POC’s and post sales deployments
  • Be the voice of the customer by capturing, aggregating, and representing feedback to the Product and Engineering teams.
  • Create and deliver technical product presentations and training sessions 
  • Communicate technical topics and business value to a broad range of audiences
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and positioning of Anduin
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with prospects/clients to understand strategic priorities and identify opportunity areas for growth

Job Qualifications:

  • High EIQ
  • Client first mentality
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a pre-sales/post-sales technical role
  • Proficient working knowledge of APIs
  • Experience creating integrations with CRMs, complex data sources, etc.
  • Collaborative approach working with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience successfully driving multiple projects at once
  • Exceptional communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Experience in the private markets (Venture/PE/etc.) highly desirable
