We’re looking for an operations assistant in Ho Chi Minh City office. This unique opportunity is an entryway into a fast-moving, high-reward startup world. Beyond helping to maintain a comfortable and efficient workplace environment, the job will be provided many opportunities to learn, grow and contribute broadly across other business areas. Strong analytical, writing and communication skills are a must--alongside a positive, service-oriented mindset
Responsibilities:
- Provide office equipment, office supplies, facilities, and maintenance.
- Work with vendors and local authorities.
- Organize weekly Happy Lunch, birthday parties and help to order drinks for teams when needed.
- Achieve financial objectives by anticipating requirements, submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures, monitoring costs, and analyzing variances.
- Provide general support to visitors, and arrange accommodation, air tickets, and visas.
- To brainstorm ideas, and assist to arrange the logistics for events and team-building activities of the company.
- Manage petty cash.
- Respond to any reasonable task assigned.
Qualifications
- Ability to speak and write in English fluently.
- 1-2 years of experience in events and office management.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident when speaking in company’s internal events.
- Computer skills (Google Drive)
- Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and respond to rapidly changing priorities in a multi-tasked environment.
