We are looking for an Operations Assistant for our Ho Chi Minh City office. This is a unique opportunity to enter a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. In this role, you will help ensure a smooth, efficient, and welcoming workplace while gaining broad exposure to other areas of the business. We’re looking for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong writing and communication skills and a positive, service-minded attitude. You’ll have the chance to learn, grow, and make meaningful contributions as part of a dynamic, collaborative team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Procure and manage office equipment, office supplies, facilities, and maintenance.
  • Work with vendors and local authorities.
  • Organize weekly Happy Lunch, birthday celebration, and help to order drinks for teams when needed.
  • Schedule payments, monitor costs, and analyze variances.
  • Provide general support to visitors, including arranging accommodations, air tickets, and visas.
  • To brainstorm ideas and to arrange the logistics for trips, events, and team-building activities.
  • Manage and track petty cash flow.
  • Respond to any reasonable tasks assigned.

Job Qualifications:

  • Ability to speak and write in English.
  • Service-oriented personality, highly responsive manner.
  • 1-2 years of experience in events and office management.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Computer skills (Google Drive).
  • Know how to operate standard office equipment.
  • Familiar with video and image editing tools: Canva, Capcut, etc.
