We are looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support the recruitment process and help ensure a smooth, professional experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. You will gain hands-on experience with the full hiring cycle, as well as broader business operations. Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to draft, update, and refine job descriptions aligned with business needs.

  • Proactively source, identify, and engage candidates through multiple channels to build strong hiring pipelines.

  • Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates for future roles.

  • Conduct initial HR screening interviews and coordinate interview rounds with internal teams.

  • Conduct reference checks and support basic background verification as part of the hiring process.

  • Ensure timely follow-up and clear communication throughout the hiring process to deliver a positive candidate experience.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS and hiring tracker, including interview feedback and next steps. 

  • Provide coordination and administrative support for People Operations and team initiatives, as needed.

Job Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent coordination, HR operations, or a similar people-facing role.

  • Strong interest in recruiting and candidate engagement.

  • Hard-working, reliable, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • Collaborative and team-oriented, with a willingness to support the team as needed.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes and priorities simultaneously.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to represent the company professionally.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and work with new tools and systems.

  • Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar); familiarity with ATS or hiring tools is a plus.
