We are looking for a Business-centric Task Force member to improve Digitization Service workflows through technology: reducing manual effort, minimizing human error, and increasing efficiency, quality, and scalability.

This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with the Digitization Service team to understand business challenges and build practical solutions using AI, automation, internal tools, applications, or other technologies. Prior experience in Digitization Service or private markets is not required, as you will learn the relevant workflows and concepts during onboarding.

We welcome candidates from diverse professional backgrounds who bring strong business thinking, problem-solving skills, and genuine curiosity about AI and automation. You don't need to be a software engineer or have a Computer Science degree. What matters is that you've built something real, even a small personal project, and can demonstrate how you turned a problem into a useful tool.

Job Responsibilities:

• Learn Digitization Service workflows, tools, processes, and pain points in depth.
• Work closely with team members to identify where technology can improve productivity, quality, or scalability.
• Design, prototype, and build practical solutions using the most appropriate tools for each problem.
• Test solutions with users, gather feedback, and iterate quickly.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve existing tools and automations.
• Document solutions clearly so they can be effectively used and maintained.
• Explore emerging technologies and evaluate how they can practically improve the way the team works.

Job Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience building at least one working solution, such as an internal tool, app, automation, AI-powered workflow, script, or integration. Personal and side projects count.
• Ability to take a real problem from idea to prototype to working solution, then iterate on it.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn unfamiliar technologies independently.
• Ability to understand non-technical users' needs and translate them into practical solutions.
• Good English skills.
• Strong ownership, curiosity, and willingness to experiment.

Nice to have: 

• Experience with AI-assisted development, workflow automation, Python/JavaScript, SQL, APIs, low-code/no-code platforms, databases, or internal application development is a plus.
